Important information about attending a face to face group
We are so excited to be opening up again face to face however, we have to make sure that we stick to rules and keep everyone as safe as possible.
When you book a space, please confirm on booking that you do not have Coronavirus symptoms
Please do not attend if you have symptoms on the day, anyone in your household has symptoms or if you have been a close contact with anyone has tested positive - EVEN IF YOU ARE DOUBLE VACCINATED.
If we need to cancel for any reason, we will text you using the number you give on booking. We will also put a message on the relevant Facebook group for the physical group if we need to cancel.

- We will not be providing refreshments. You are welcome to bring your own
- Older children are welcome but remain your responsibility
- Please stay 2 metres apart
- Masks must be worn if you aren't sitting down
- Use hand gel on entry
- We have to keep windows open - bring a jumper if it's cold
- There may be some toys available but please bring your own if preferred and your own blanket to lay your baby on if you wish to put them down.
